Yes - and very well, because physical fitness and the desire to do sport in the great outdoors also increase in proportion to intestinal health. Although Lake Wörthersee is no longer summery warm, the mild outdoor temperatures are still perfect for a dip in the water - especially as the "Kur-Hotel" is located directly on the lake in Maria Wörth. The "VIVA" has dedicated itself to modern Mayr medicine with an impressive range of services: From medical diagnostics, personal training, yoga, exercise therapy, hydrotherapy, Kneipp, massages to manual treatments, beauty and wellness - and outstanding cuisine. The 46 rooms and suites in pastel shades promise a cozy feeling of well-being with a view of the azure blue lake and despite its modernity, the hotel radiates a timeless coziness that makes you feel at home right away.
Checking in follows a logical pattern: first you have to complete the Covid-19 rapid test in your room and then you can move freely around the hotel and the treatments without a mask because, of course, all the other guests have also tested negative. This makes your stay really relaxed. The VIVA's health program is based on the modern F.X. Mayr Cure with the basic principles of the four "S's": Rest, Cleansing, Substitution and Training. And this begins with the famous F.X. Mayr basic cure, which brings everything back into balance: cleansing of the gastrointestinal tract, blood, body fluids, cells and tissue are regenerated and the self-healing powers are activated. Changing old eating habits is one of the main focuses of every individual VIVA detox cure. But the fact that this diet, which takes my intolerances into account, can be so delicious is one of the positive surprises. Even without gluten, lactose, histamines and fructose, you can eat a varied diet and chewing properly is part of the obligatory training. A hymn to the master chef Emanuela Fischer!
In addition to the healing diet for intestinal cleansing and purification in combination with the kinesiology muscle test, special additional therapies are used. I opt for the "active detox" program with body detox procedures to detoxify, deacidify and purify, an oxygen treatment and a body treatment with algae. In addition, Hannes "mobilizes" my body and gets it "on track", I receive massages and substitutions to balance my stress factor. Exercises for deep relaxation, support for the mineral balance and targeted breathing therapy are intended to get my elevated value back on track.
