Golf tournament of superlatives on the "Leading Dachstein Tauern"
The miracle on the following day was the weather: despite devastating reports of rain and even snow, the sun shone!
It wasn't until the end of the tournament, but it was just right for the cake served fresh from the oven on the terrace of the Cluhaus. My summary: even if you weren't among the winners, the 18-hole course is one of the most beautiful and is often referred to as the "Pebble Beach" of Austria.
Designer Bernhard Langer didn't skimp on the obstacles - from the hidden water, undulating fairways and undulating greens to the narrow holes along the Enns - but that's how a championship course should be! You can read the detailed information on www.golfinfo.at.
