Paris - my Yoga Shangri-La

With its salon-like ambience combined with Asian elements that exude colonial flair, "Le Tigre" in the upscale 16th arrondissement is a very special yoga studio with a hammam, café, boutique and valet parking.
In addition to yoga, the repertoire also includes meditation, Pilates, dance and massages. Here I immerse myself in a world far away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. Natural materials, warm colors, candles that exude a wonderful aroma, soft lighting and the calm sounds of Miles Davis pamper all the senses. Every detail has been well thought out and conveys a feeling of pure well-being with a home-like character.
I attend a hatha flow yoga class, in which flowing asanas, conscious breathing and subsequent meditation reduce stress, get the life energy flowing and thus restore the balance between body, mind and soul, and treat myself to a freshly squeezed detox smoothie in the café before saying goodbye to this temple of peace, relaxation and sensuality.
