April: ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI
An excursion into the majestic Dolomites
Escape from everyday life and immerse yourself in the untouched nature of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, an experience that appeals to the senses in a very special way. A single day at the ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI is enough to leave space and time behind and simply switch off. The 5-star hotel is nestled in 9,000 square meters of parkland in the heart of Ortisei, where the nature of the Dolomites is protected by UNESCO.
The "pale mountains" have it all: The ADLER Dolomiti is known for its unique summer experiences and its wide range of outdoor activities. During the warmer months, the picturesque Dolomite landscapes invite you to embark on adventurous discoveries. Whether you are a MTB novice, a family or an experienced cycling pro - there is something for everyone. E-bike rental is free of charge. Alternatively, there are countless trekking tours available with our local guides. Take part in a flower, sunset or cultural hike and return with unforgettable impressions!
The spa harnesses the power of the environment: The ADLER Spa offers its guests a variety of options to do their body and mind good and indulge in sweet idleness. From organic hay saunas and flower steam baths to the oriental Rasul bath - here you can sweat in a relaxed atmosphere. A new highlight is the sauna area by the lake, which stands like an island in the water and can be reached via a footbridge. While taking a sauna, you can look out through floor-to-ceiling glass facades onto the green fringe of trees and shrubs. The peaks of the Sassolungo rise up in the distance. Here you are connected to nature and the elements, yet right in the center of Ortisei. The ADLER Spa also has 17 treatment rooms and offers a wide range of treatments from Ayurveda to signature treatments. Yoga and meditation classes are offered daily in the yoga pavilion made of local spruce wood.
Regional, seasonal, natural: The ADLER kitchen team tempts guests every day with authentic culinary delights that combine the regional flavors of the mountains with a Mediterranean lightness. The specialties are prepared with local ingredients and rounded off with exquisite wines. The hotel's wine cellar houses numerous bottles with the title Aetos, Greek for eagle, from the Tenuta Sanoner in the Tuscan Orcia Valley, where the Sanoner family has been growing its own biodynamic wine since 2009.
