June: Arua Private Spa Villas

At 650 meters above sea level, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and orchards and with a view of Merano and the Adige Valley, the Arua Private Spa Villas offer an incomparable place to regenerate - true to the motto "A rua", which means "peace, private space" in South Tyrolean dialect.

It is this motto that inspired the architects to create a design that offers plenty of privacy.The complex has six villas and an infinity pool with views as far as the Dolomites. All six hideaways, which have evocative names such as Eucalyptus or Mandorla, offer two to three bedrooms with king-size beds, a private bathroom, an exclusive living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private sauna. With up to 460 m² of living space including terrace and rooftop spa in the two penthouse units and 210 m² in the other four villas, guests will find their own personal oasis of well-being.

Experience nature
The elements of stone and wood, which characterize the exterior, also give the interior its characteristic look. Simple earth tones are used with exposed concrete and rough plastered walls, while large, open rooms and window fronts bring the landscape inside. Together with stylish design classics, timeless furniture and loving details, homely rooms have been created that you won't want to leave. But there is also the covered loggia, the sun loungers, lounge furniture and the mini pool with whirlpool function!

Pampering course
In addition to the opportunity to relax in the private sauna and the mini pool with whirlpool function, a heated infinity saltwater pool with breathtaking views of the valley is available to all guests. Masseuse and beautician Susanne pampers you with exclusive spa treatments with the locally produced cosmetics line NOT JUST BODYCARE under the motto "Self Care is Health Care", also in your own villa.
The Arua Private Spa Villas also offers culinary pampering. Breakfast is served exclusively in the villa every morning. This is served either on the private terrace or in the living area. There is also the option of a delivery service. This enables guests to order meals from the in-house restaurant, which is located 20 km away in Burgstall, and have them delivered directly to the villa.

A highlight: The Chalet Stadel A very special highlight of the Arua Private Spa Villas: the Chalet Stadel. This adults-only chalet for two people offers 110 m² of pure privacy and luxury. The name Stadel refers to its history - a 380-year-old barn has been lovingly renovated and transformed into a stylish chalet. Solid wooden beams and historic stone walls create a homely atmosphere that perfectly combines tradition and modern comfort.
