Located above the village center of Zermatt , the CERVO Mountain Resort reopened its doors in December 2020 after extensive renovation and new construction. The spectacular view over the village and the Matterhorn accompanies guests throughout their stay - whether from the windows of the lodges, from the onsen of the Ātman Mountain Spa or during après-ski on the terraces. 

The CERVO lifestyle can be experienced and felt throughout the resort. This is based on the principles of conscious, respectful treatment of the environment, appreciation of the homeland with its traditions and values and inspiration from all over the world. 
The interior, designed by Dreimeta's interior designers, reflects this with natural materials and color tones from the surrounding mountains and gentle influences from travels around the globe. With its multifaceted accommodation options, the CERVO reflects the zeitgeist of tourism. The three lodge concepts Nomad, Alpinist and Huntsman, with a total of 54 rooms and suites, are just as varied as the offers and services. Whether relaxed and luxurious, stylishly alpine or functionally modern, the high-quality furnishings vary depending on the season and personal requirements;

The Ātman Mounatin Spa combines the best of international wellness traditions: Meditation and coaching sessions, exquisite treatments, the steam bath with local herbs and the onsen with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. 

In the three restaurants Madre Nostra, Bazaar and Ferdinand , the focus is on local seasonal creations, enriched with flavors from near and far. Private events are celebrated in the hidden Grapes & Juniper Bar, while après-ski is enjoyed on the terraces right at the end of the slopes with DJ sounds and live music. 

Throughout the year, the CERVO also hosts a wide variety of events and festivals with a focus on food, drinks, music and culture.  The resort also includes the Overlook Lodge for a casual vacation in an apartment and the Schali Lago, the summer hotspot on Lake Schali, with wakeboard facilities and a bar with CERVO classics on the menu. 
The resort was awarded the prestigious Hotel & Design Award AHEAD Europe in the Resort category, which was presented in London on November 19, 2021. The CERVO Mountain Resort is a member of the international luxury travel network Virtuoso and holds Platinum certification from the leading sustainability label for Swiss accommodation providers, ibex fairstay.
