All Suites at Aethos Corsica

New life in the 400-year-old palazzo

Wellness, relaxation and authentic discoveries of new things - these are the three principles that Aethos aims to make tangible for guests in its hotels. In 2020, the brand opened the Aethos Saragano in Umbria, Italy, and now the Aethos Corsica has joined the hotel portfolio in France. Two further openings are planned.

Private luxury on the Mediterranean

Corsica with its impressive nature, 2,750 hours of sunshine a year and its unobtrusive lifestyle is one of the insider tips on the Mediterranean. Here you can still find secluded bays and spend relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle. A fact that the guests of the hotel formerly known as "U Palazzu Serenu" also appreciated. The traditional hotel is now experiencing a revival as Aethos Corsica. Particular attention was paid to the prestigious heritage during the redesign. The hotel is housed in a 17th century Florentine palazzo. The enchanting charm of the historic building near the village of Oletta has been preserved, while the nine suites are carefully furnished with hand-picked original works of art. The suites vary in size from 32 to 73 square meters and, depending on their location, offer views of the northern bay of Saint Florent and the sea, the village of Oletta or the impressive mountains.

The boutique hotel is ideal for small groups, team building or a vacation with extended family and friends. Guests at the Aethos Corsica enjoy exclusive privacy and an understated lifestyle. They can relax by the 20-metre-long pool in the hotel garden, take part in morning yoga, Pilates or meditation sessions, go on boat trips to pristine sandy beaches, go hiking and enjoy private dining. On request, the Aethos hosts will put together an individual program for their guests before they arrive. The guests' wishes are paramount, as they want to offer them a unique overall experience.

Of course, this also includes the cuisine. In the CECI restaurant, which focuses on Mediterranean cuisine, head chef Manuel André Fernandes serves classic Italian dishes that blend with the traditions of Corsican cuisine. Regionality is a top priority. Healthy and vegan options are also on the menu. Aethos' recipe for success seems to be catching on, as further hotel openings are already planned in Portugal and Italy.
