E-mountain bikes are available to hire free of charge and can be ridden directly from the lodge. Two steps from the lodge door, you can set off into the endless expanses of the Seiser Alm, across meadows, along narrow forest paths and towards the famous Dolomite peaks. Hikers can also enjoy this unique corner of the world on their own or as part of a free guided tour. There are over 450 km of hiking trails in total - one more spectacular than the next, easy or challenging. Nordic walkers can also be seen marching across the gently rolling high Alpine pastures - and those who want to see the Seiser Alm from above have the opportunity to do so in a tandem paraglider.

Alm Spa: wellness at the source

Swim at eye level with the mountain peaks in the panorama pool. Breathe in the scent of hay in the sauna with a view. Or count the stars on a lounger in the roof truss. Every wellness moment at the lodge's Alm Spa is magical. Sheltered by the mountains, nothing matters here but being still. Nature goes straight to the heart and under the skin: massages with quartz stone, rituals with crystal powder or a mountain milk bath - the spa and med menu offers everything the soul desires. Daily fitness programs, as well as morning yoga and other activities, are offered as a balance.

Regional, authentic, at the highest level: the lodge all-inclusive package also bears the ADLER signature. Local products take center stage, from the jam at breakfast to juices, wines and spirits, to the South Tyrolean Marende at lunch. In the evening, Denny Mair and his team spoil you with gourmet cuisine at toque level.
