With only ten houses and five rooms, privacy is pre-programmed for everyone, always accompanied by wonderful views of the surrounding nature. You live in the 80 m2 house by the forest with a view of the forest and the surrounding hilly landscape. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts give guests the feeling of being at one with nature. In the tree house, adventurous guests spend the night in a 40 m2 domicile on stilts, complete with fireplace and balcony. If you want to live the "dream of a house by the lake" - at least for a while - choose the accommodation with the same name: 80 m2 with terraces around the house, infrared cabin and fireplace next to the bathtub. Also located directly on the private bathing pond: the boathouse with fireplace and wooden terrace. The terrace house offers a view of the starry sky, while the water house is located in the large bathing pond rather than next to it and its large windows bring the surroundings even closer than they already are.

The pond suites are located by a small pond above the main house and offer a view of the Rottal hills. Like the meadow house, the hillside house is not only low in electrosmog thanks to its clay plaster walls, but is also a wonderful choice in terms of climate control. Thanks to its hidden location, the garden house offers maximum privacy on two levels with its own sauna, while the house in the field offers far-reaching views of nature and romantic moments in front of the fireplace.
