Every self-respecting luxury hotel has a few special suites on offer. Some of them stand out for their special furnishings, breathtaking views and special service. In most cases, they are large anyway. But sometimes suites take on incredible dimensions - as in these 5 cases:


The Mark, New York/USA

The chic luxury hotel on Madison Avenue on New York's Upper Eastside has 100 rooms and 50 suites. They were all designed by Jacques Grange and other well-known designers. The largest accommodation in the entire hotel is The Mark Penthouse Suite. It extends over an incredible 1,100 square meters, 232 of which are taken up by a roof terrace with a unique view of the New York skyline and Central Park. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the largest suite in the world can be found in Lebanon.
