In the jungle of the big city
Wake up with a view of lions and giraffes - that's the promise of the Large Jungle rooms at the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a unique panoramic view of Berlin's Tiergarten park. The natural colors and materials, a rain shower and the king-size bed also ensure a relaxed jungle feeling in the middle of the big city. A personal Schindelhauer bike is also parked in each of the Large Jungle rooms, inviting you to discover the city. The best way to end the day is swinging in your own hammock with a view over the expansive green oasis.
Under dancing lights
In the middle of the wilderness and yet well protected from the harsh cold of Lapland, guests stay at the Golden Crown - Levin Igloo. In the luxurious glass igloos, you can marvel at the snow-covered landscape and the Arctic starry sky from the warmth of your bed. An absolute highlight is the unobstructed view of the dance of the Northern Lights. What is probably nature's most beautiful show can be observed from the end of August to April. But the 360-degree view of the Finnish natural paradise is also fascinating out of season. The igloo hotel is located on the slopes of the Levi fell, in one of Lapland's most popular vacation destinations.
Immerse yourself in the sunken city
The Neptune and Poseidon suites in the Atlantis The Palm hotel in Dubai enchant with a spectacular view of the underwater world. Around 65,000 sea creatures that live in the hotel's own aquarium between the ruins of Atlantis pass by the floor-to-ceiling windows. The 77-centimetre-thick panes of acrylic glass are cleaned daily by a team of divers, making the splendour of the suites barely visible. To be on the safe side, the personal butler nevertheless announces when the window cleaners will be passing by.
Waking up between mountain peaks
The penthouse suite in the alpine Hideway Forestis in South Tyrol inspires with a view that invites you to dream. The floor-to-ceiling glass façade opens up views of the mountain massifs of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site. The two-storey, 200 m² suite has an inviting living area, a spacious bathroom and an open fireplace. A particular highlight of the suite is the south-facing terrace with its spectacular views. Relax in the private pool surrounded by the deep green mountain forest and enjoy the view of the clear starry sky in the evening.
Stylish views
The Silo Hotel is not only unique because of its extraordinary design, but also because of the view of Cape Town's landmark. The vaulted glass windows of the rooms and suites, which were designed by the well-known London architect Thomas Heatherwick, offer a breathtaking view of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and the historic harbor basin. The former granary is located directly on the V&A Waterfront entertainment mile. The Silo is therefore the ideal starting point for exploring South Africa's capital. A must-see: the "Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa" (MOCAA) in the lower part of the building.
