You should know these gourmet hotspots in Dubai

Food, Flair, Future

Food culture and urban lifestyle merge in the restaurants of Dubai's top hotels. The result: innovative cuisine, stylish ambience and unique experiences that redefine fine dining.

Dubai is no longer just a destination for luxury shoppers, sun worshippers and architecture fans. The small emirate has also established itself as an exciting destination for gourmets. The hotel restaurants in particular are constantly setting new standards in terms of design, atmosphere and culinary creativity. We present our favorites for your next gourmet trip to the Gulf.

Summersalt Beach Club

Located directly by the sea in the luxurious Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel, the Summersalt Beach Club combines a casual-luxurious ambience with Latin American fusion cuisine. Chef Hernan's menu includes ceviches, sushi rolls and beach classics with a modern twist. While the "Palm Jebel Ali" brunch entices guests during the day, the open-air location transforms into a loungey nightclub with Côte d'Azur vibes and live DJ sounds in the evening.

Trèsind Studio

The Trèsind Studio in the exclusive St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah offers just 20 (highly coveted) seats. Those who get one of them can look forward to an extraordinary culinary journey across the Indian subcontinent. Under the direction of head chef Himanshu Saini, Trèsind Studio was the first Indian restaurant in the world to be awarded three Michelin stars in May 2025 - a historic and well-deserved accolade!

Pierchic

For a romantic dinner with a view of the starry sky and the sparkling Gulf, Pierchic at Jumeirah Al Qasr is a great choice. The elegant fine dining restaurant enchants with its romantic setting and spectacular location on a private pier, where chef Beatrice Segoni celebrates Italian cuisine at the highest level. The menu focuses primarily on seafood creations such as lobster carpaccio, scallops with caviar beurre blanc or sea bass with artichoke puree - visually understated, but full of flavor.

CARBONE Dubai

Since the beginning of October, Dubai's restaurant scene has been enriched by a prominent new addition. CARBONE Dubai opened in the Atlantis The Royal. The first branch of the celebrity Italian restaurant from New York's Greenwich Village also attracts diners to the Gulf with its Fifties charm and signature dishes à la Spicy Rigatoni Vodka or a Caesar Salad, which is prepared tableside with plenty of showmanship.

SAL

On the terrace of the legendary Burj Al Arab, SAL invites you to enjoy stylish beach club dining with Capri flair. What young chef Paolo Mannis brings to the sunlit tables here is reminiscent of his southern Italian homeland and is meant to be shared. Particolarmente delizioso: trenette with king crab or fish baked in a salt crust. Our tip: be sure to leave room for the desserts served on the trolley!

Al Muntaha

From dolce vita to savoir vivre and from the first floor to the 27th floor of the Burj Al Arab, where the fine-dining jewel Al Muntaha is located. With breathtaking views of the city lights, you can enjoy French classics here, for which Saverio Sbaragli has been awarded a Michelin star.

FZN by Björn Frantzén

Only accessible from the lobby of the landmark Atlantis The Palm hotel via an inconspicuous elevator, FZN by Björn Frantzén is a culinary jewel in an intimate setting. The kitchen line is based on the Nordic-Japanese fine dining concept with which the star chef and namesake has already earned three Michelin stars in Stockholm and Singapore. In Dubai, he achieved this rare accolade immediately after opening.

Rialto

Stuffed zucchini flowers, spaghetti with caviar and Amalfi lemons or creamy burrata with pistachio crunch: Roberto Rispoli's dishes immediately put you in a dolce vita mood. But this is certainly also due to the glamorous look and the pretty terrace of the Rialto located in the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.

Iliana

Restaurant, pool club, rooftop hideaway with Aegean flair: Iliana at the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab transports its guests to Greek shores, both architecturally and culinary. The cuisine by Head Chef Andreas Gkipalis, who previously worked at Michelin-starred luxury resorts, is as authentic as the atmosphere. Whether lunch or dinner - you always feel like you're in Olympus here!
