With their hospitality excellence, Swiss hosts rose to new heights in 2025. This year, we have once again scrutinized and tested Switzerland's top hotels with great anticipation, using the results of the world's most in-depth "satisfaction survey" TRUST YOU www.trustyou.com as a basis.

As always, our readers decided how this year's Hotelelite was rated in detail. We know: The profound basis of every rating is a combination of objective data sets with subjective impressions on site. From the test factors specified by Connoisseur Circle - such as the highest quality of service - the editorial team, together with the digital professionals from TrustYou, determines a data set that serves as the basis for the final selection.
The second factor then comes into play: subjective market knowledge and personal experience. In a test and evaluation phase lasting several weeks, Connoisseur Circle readers and users were invited to take part in the voting - all online. A specially developed application for the evaluation process enabled more than 325,000 participants to enter their personal impressions of each of the nominated hotels into the system based on TrustYou's findings.
The first three hotels - from 1 to 3 - are ranked as top winners. All other hotels in the respective category tested are equal winners. Chapeau!
