Only separated from the sea by the Autovia de Llevant, the five-star hotel Es Princep is located slightly above the city walls of Palma.

The central location offers short distances to the beach, sights and the airport. Two restaurants, a stylish cocktail bar, a spa and a large rooftop terrace with pool make this boutique hotel the ultimate urban getaway. Although the building was newly constructed, its modern, timeless façade blends harmoniously into the surroundings. In the open lobby, the reception, the Mura Restaurant, a pretty glass patio and a comfortable lounge area with emerald green velvet armchairs merge seamlessly.
The use of stone, wood and leather in almost all areas pays homage to the style of traditional Mallorcan country houses. The 68 elegant rooms and suites, designed by the Duch-Pizá architects from Palma, have a modern design language and clear lines. Large box-spring beds with bed linen made from the finest Egyptian cotton, small metal tables in the same color as the copper-colored lamps, plus armchairs by Capdell from Valencia. Amenities such as a Nespresso machine, Ronnefeldt tea bags, 2 bottles of water a day and a safe with a power socket come as standard, as does fast Wi-Fi.
The bathrooms with high-quality cosmetic products from Le Labo New York and lots of glass are open and transparent, which is very stylish but not to everyone's taste. More privacy would be desirable here. The Cocô Spa in the basement surprises with an 18-meter pool. However, the absolute highlight is the spectacularly beautiful 800 m2 roof terrace with bar, seating and lounge area and small pool. From 10 a.m., breakfast can be served here at lofty heights. The tables are also very popular for lunch and dinner. So be sure to make a reservation!
