Sir Joan
Stylish city-to-beach hotel
They are also open until late at night or early in the morning, in keeping with the special Ibiza experience rhythm. On the one hand, there is the burger bar The Butcher. It's more of a stand-up bar, but with outdoor seating behind a hedge on the street and very good burgers. Alternatively, there is the very trendy Izakaya Asian Kitchen & Bar, which offers a view of the harbor and old town as well as creative Japanese cuisine with a South American twist.
The rooms - the boutique rooms without a balcony and facing the traffic circle are not recommended - impress with their tasteful and unique design. With wooden floors made of ship parquet and highly polished stainless steel wall panels, the design is inspired by yacht building. Incidentally, the hotel also has a sleek motor yacht for a real seaside feel. If you don't want to book the penthouse (#46 with a round bed) with a large terrace and great view, we liked the Supreme rooms with plenty of space and a balcony facing the sea the best. Convincing housekeeping - and the young, cheerful and professional team is always fully motivated and committed. All of them simply put us in a good mood at all times!
