Mykonos Blu
Kind regards from the blue donkey
We particularly liked the garden-like terrace in our spacious suite (701) with the - important at the end of the season - heatable infinity pool. Small drawback: Amenities were not replenished and the lack of signage made it a little difficult to find our way back in the dark at first.
The Mykonos Blu boasts a particularly excellent breakfast with regional products. In general, the selection and quality are just right, even if you don't arrive too late, because then the staff don't take it too seriously when it comes to refilling and replenishing. On the other hand, the evening dinner was a great pleasure. Top service from the German-speaking restaurant manager and a varied menu, from which octopus carpaccio, tuna tartare and grilled entrecôte were equally impressive. The Greek wines were also very appealing in the indoor restaurant with its light southern atmosphere. The terrace is usually the first choice, but it was a little chilly. Whether inside or outside, even when it's busy, the atmosphere is always very relaxed.
