Kivotos Mykonos
A classic on the trendy island
A pleasant choice of different, individually furnished accommodations, ranging from the normal Junior Suite with garden view (26 to 35 square meters) to various suites with sea view (up to 80 square meters) to Noah's Waterfront Villa with private pool and private beach (150 square meters). The design of our spacious Junior Suite with its beautiful view over the bay had a slightly old-school 1970s/80s feel to it.
All in all , the resort could do with a little "refreshment" here and there. This applies in particular to the breakfast served in the Medusa Gourmet Restaurant: a buffet with only a modest selection of items, no freshly prepared egg dishes, a modest selection of fruit, only three packaged cereals and the fruit juice only came on repeated request. On the other hand, in the evening you can sit on the roof terrace for dinner and enjoy contemporary Greek-Mediterranean cuisine. A nice lunch location is "Le Pirate" by the pool. Unfortunately, one of our orders didn't arrive quite as we had requested, but was taken off the bill without any problems and with an apology. And the taste of the food, including a trilogy of burgers and a Greek salad, was perfectly fine. But more than that was the check-in, which took place quietly in a separate pavilion with a nice glass of rosé. Also top: the room service, which made everything extra nice before the late check-out.
