The Bill & Coo is one of the more established luxury hideaways on the island. And we were surprised to discover that since our last visit nine years ago, the boutique hotel with its 32 suites has become even better, even more mature.

The mix of cosmopolitan lifestyle and Aegean magic is absolutely right here. The cosmopolitan clientele feels very much at home. The purist design is harmonious and stylish - from the outfit of the dedicated team to the furnishings (very good lighting concept in the tasteful, albeit not super-large suites) to the wooden sun loungers with thick cushions by the pool, which are converted into a lounge area in the evening.
After sunset , the chef is also on top form with his "Culinary Signature Experience" and serves a four- to eight-course menu inspired by traditional Greek and Mediterranean recipes, created with the best products. This is not just top-class for Mykonos. The à la carte breakfast with local specials such as "Greek eggs in a jar" and international standards is hardly inferior: On the table you will find crispy bread rolls, home-made jams and nut nougat cream (!) made by the patissier. Incidentally, Niko's Taverna (not run by the hotel), one of the few authentic Greek restaurants on the island and always full, is located on the beach just five minutes away and offers culinary variety. The Bill & Coo also has a branch on the beach in the neighboring bay, the Coast Suites, with a restaurant and bar. You can get there quickly by shuttle and the lady at reception is happy to organize a beach breakfast on request. Perfect, just as the entire staff - from breakfast to room service - are extremely pleasant and professional.
