After sunset , the chef is also on top form with his "Culinary Signature Experience" and serves a four- to eight-course menu inspired by traditional Greek and Mediterranean recipes, created with the best products. This is not just top-class for Mykonos. The à la carte breakfast with local specials such as "Greek eggs in a jar" and international standards is hardly inferior: On the table you will find crispy bread rolls, home-made jams and nut nougat cream (!) made by the patissier. Incidentally, Niko's Taverna (not run by the hotel), one of the few authentic Greek restaurants on the island and always full, is located on the beach just five minutes away and offers culinary variety. The Bill & Coo also has a branch on the beach in the neighboring bay, the Coast Suites, with a restaurant and bar. You can get there quickly by shuttle and the lady at reception is happy to organize a beach breakfast on request. Perfect, just as the entire staff - from breakfast to room service - are extremely pleasant and professional.
