Costa Brava

Costa Brava, which translates as "wild coast", stretches for over 200 kilometers along the Spanish Mediterranean coast between France and just before Barcelona. Rugged sections with jagged cliffs are followed by beautiful beaches and hidden, picturesque bays. Visitors appreciate the small fishing villages just as much as the tourist strongholds. A drive along the coast is definitely recommended to enjoy the fantastic panorama. Given the impressive topography, it is no wonder that Salvador Dalí settled here and found inspiration for his works. The Dalí Theater Museum in Girona still commemorates the famous artist today.
