Chile, the long, narrow country on the Pacific coast of South America, combines almost all climate zones and offers enormous scenic contrasts. Food in Chile - A distinctive cuisine
Chile has a distinctive cuisine in which European influences and local traditions are strongly represented. Chile is known for its fantastic seafood, grilled meats, stews, empanadas, corn, beans, potatoes, exotic tropical fruits (lucuma and chirimoya), pisco and its excellent wines.
To a simple observer, Chilean cuisine might seem similar to Peruvian food, as they share a similar climate and geography. But Chilean cuisine is separate from Peruvian cuisine and has evolved to be particularly distinct and unique. Because Chile has more to offer than just good wine.
Sights in Chile - The Andes and the Pacific The Republic of Chile is located in the western part of South America and has a wide variety of cultural attractions to offer. The long, narrow ribbon-shaped country has the Andes to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The country has a coastline of more than 6,000 km. Chile Santiago - shopping at a high level
The pedestrian streets in the center of Santiago are full of life and you can always take a leisurely stroll through the streets to admire the wide range of stores and street vendors. In every district of Santiago and the provincial capitals there are large shopping centers that are set up like American shopping malls.
