Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel, Vienna

Close to the Karlsplatz subway station in the 4th district, the Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel Vienna is the ideal starting point for discovering Vienna in all its facets.

It originally served as a station for the imperial stagecoach line between Vienna and the eponymous coastal city of Trieste and was already an important meeting place for travelers and traders in the 18th century. The iconic city jewel opened as the city's first boutique design hotel in 1995 under the name "Das Triest" and was famous for its architectural character, stylish ambience and illustrious guests. Whitney Houston, Johny Depp and Robbie Williams, among others, spent a few nights there. Following its closure in 2022 and extensive renovation, it now operates as the Radisson Blu Das Triest Hotel, Vienna.

Stylishly elegant

The 120 rooms and suites with views of the city or the leafy inner courtyard are stylishly designed and impress with their well thought-out room layout. Warm colors and natural woods are combined with classic elements and modern design to ensure a relaxing stay. In addition to a sauna and fitness area, there are five conference rooms with panoramic views and access to the roof terrace.

The Modius restaurant and the Bistrot Bertarelli 1894 spoil guests with the classic flavors of northern Italian and Viennese cuisine. The legendary Silver Bar has also returned. Once a hotspot for international stars, it is still the perfect meeting place in Vienna today.
