Öschberghof, well-being takes centre stage. A spa and gym spanning 5,500 square metres of indoor and outdoor space offers a 25-metre indoor pool and an outdoor infinity pool. Four distinct worlds share the space like a quartet. In the Asia Spa, dark stones, golden walls, and red lanterns transport guests into Japanese bathing culture with kamaburo, sento, and onsen. Just as the salty air defines Sylt, a microsalt system by Klafs brings that experience indoors at the Harmony Spa: Before a warmly glowing salt-stone wall, guests inhale the finest salt aerosols—which, according to the resort, are a treat for the skin and respiratory system. The Energy Spa is dedicated to the sweat lodge, while the Ice Lounge provides the cool-down. The Relax Spa offers a more tranquil atmosphere; in the relaxation room, time seems to stand still.
