With the COMO Cordeillan-Bages, COMO Hotels and Resorts will make its debut on May 1, 2026, in one of the world’s most venerable wine regions: this new boutique hideaway in the Médoc is nestled among the vineyards of Pauillac—right where three of Bordeaux’s five Premier Crus Classés are practically just around the corner! Originally built as a private winemaker’s retreat, the estate—with its distinctive 17th-century towers—has been carefully reimagined by star designer Paola Navone and features 28 rooms and suites, as well as a wellness area with a 25-meter outdoor pool, spa, and gym. Among the highlights on-site is the close partnership with the Cazes family of the legendary Château Lynch Bages. It opens doors that normally remain closed and enables, among other things, private tastings or exclusive cellar tours.
