A look into the future - 3D glasses
The glasses from the 3D printer
are actually no strangers, as they are part of the successful "The Wire" family made from lightweight stainless steel with an upgrade in the form of seven different 3D applications. These are characterized by very fine, engraving-like details and structures as well as classic to extravagant shapes, which would be difficult to produce using conventional manufacturing methods. This high-tech production process is particularly environmentally friendly, as there is virtually no surplus material, but also - not least because of the long printing time - more expensive than the injection molding process that is normally used. This is why Sarah, Manu, Erwin and Felix from the printer are even more exclusive than their neubau eyewear relatives.
