Arctic ice landscapes, Mongolian expanses and unique natural spectacles

The "Northern Hemisphere" luxury cruise offered by nova reisen takes you to magnificent regions around the Arctic Circle. It is a magical world of water, ice and light, of breathtaking beauty and seemingly endless expanses. The Arctic region, which stretches over thousands of kilometers, can normally only be traveled in stages due to the enormous distances involved. The first destination of the 14-day luxury trip, which can be booked through the Munich-based travel agency nova reisen, is Spitsbergen. On board a Boeing 767 converted into a VIP private jet, the journey continues from the archipelago north of the Arctic Circle to Ilulissat in Greenland. Here, guests spend the night in aluminum igloos with a view of bizarre ice sculptures formed by nature, which move through the water like ponderous ships. Other stops on the cruise operated by Swiss tour operator HL TRAVEL are Fairbanks and Anchorage in Alaska. On excursions into the wilderness of Denali National Park and to the Katmai Coast, with a little luck you can observe brown bears, caribou and moose in their natural habitat. During the flight over the Bering Sea to Kamchatka, the participants of this spectacular round-the-world trip cross the International Date Line. The last stop before returning to Europe is Ulan Bator in Mongolia.

The number of participants on this luxury expedition, which takes place from August 18 to September 2, 2018, is limited to a maximum of 80 people.
