STARLUX Airlines connects Europe with Taiwan.

Since August 1, STARLUX Airlines has been connecting Prague with Taipei. The Czech capital marks the Taiwanese carrier’s inaugural European destination. The route currently operates three times per week and will be increased to four flights weekly beginning in October. Since September 1, the Airbus A350-1000, resplendent in the “AIRSORAYAMA” livery—a special gold design created by internationally renowned Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama—has been in service. Passengers will receive boarding passes, baggage tags, seat covers, and high-quality amenity kits featuring the “AIRSORAYAMA” design. “Prague is far more than just STARLUX’s first European destination—it is a significant milestone in our long-term strategy for our global route network,” explained Glenn Chai, CEO of STARLUX Airlines.

STARLUX is the sole carrier offering nonstop flights between Taipei and Prague with first-class service, and it has recently been awarded the “SKYTRAX 5-Star Airline” designation for the second consecutive year. In 2027, Zurich and Barcelona are poised to join the network as additional European destinations.
