Amanyangyun combines centuries of Chinese history with modern comfort and is nestled in a 40-hectare park just outside Shanghai. As part of a ten-year project, 50 historic houses from the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as 10,000 camphor trees from Jiangxi, were salvaged, transported over 800 kilometers, and rebuilt on the resort’s current grounds.

The 24 Ming Courtyard Suites and 13 villas combine traditional courtyards with modern interiors. Every residence boasts a private pool and a Jacuzzi. The resort is further enhanced by a versatile Aman Spa with two pools, as well as six restaurants.
