Sani Resort

Experience summer

As the 2026 season kicks off, Sani Resort ushers in a summer that appeals to all the senses: here, culinary and cultural experiences blend seamlessly with Greek charm and relaxed luxury.
The water glistens, and a gentle breeze sweeps through the Mediterranean landscape . Life is slowly returning to the streets and the beach. The Greek peninsula of Chalkidiki has awakened from its winter slumber—and with it, the Sani Resort. Nestled within a sprawling eco-reserve, surrounded by pristine coastline and fragrant pine forests, the resort brings together five distinct hotels: Sani Beach, Sani Club, Porto Sani, Sani Asterias, and Sani Dunes. Despite this diversity, there is still room for seclusion and shared experiences alike. Against this backdrop, the past few months have been dedicated to a fresh start. Just in time for the start of the season, many areas of the resort are shining in new splendor. At Sani Asterias, the public areas have been extensively renovated.
The five-star hotel now welcomes its guests with a more modern, refined aesthetic. In keeping with the residential concept—discreet living right on the beach—a retreat is created for all who desire a sense of home while enjoying the extensive services of a resort.

The Mediterranean hideaway is also making a fresh start in the culinary realm : Top-tier new additions from world-class chefs elevate the dining experience to a new level. At the Water Restaurant & Bar , the flagship of Sani Asteria, Bruno Oger is introducing a new French-Mediterranean concept. His cuisine combines classic French techniques with Mediterranean influences, accompanied by an architectural redesign of the restaurant. The result is a fine-dining experience that remains deliberately relaxed. El Puerto is also evolving: Andoni Aduriz is taking on the role of Consultant Chef here.
As one of the most influential voices in contemporary cuisine, he pursues an approach that connects cuisine, culture, and place.

This spirit of discovery is also part of the Sani Resort’s DNA in other areas and will clearly take center stage in 2026. The family programs are designed to function intuitively while also providing fresh inspiration: children gain independence through play, while parents can consciously enjoy some time to themselves. A new addition is the collaboration with Australian bestselling author and food expert Donna Hay. She brings culinary-inspired activities for young guests to the resort, where ingredients and flavors are explored in an accessible way. Shared moments of enjoyment are also celebrated with the return of the Dunes Beach Pop-Up. Along the promenade between Sani Club and Sani Dunes, a culinary gathering spot right by the sea is taking shape once again.

A staple of the summer is Sani Gourmet , which takes place from July 10 to August 7, 2026. On four Friday evenings, the Elia Restaurant at Porto Sani will serve as a stage for world-class chefs: Pierre Gagnaire, the three-Michelin-starred Disfrutar trio (Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, Mateu Casañas), Pía León, Albert Adrià, and Daniel Humm from the New York three-star restaurant Eleven Madison Park. At the same time, the multi-award-winning Sani Festival returns from July 11 to August 15, 2026, combining world-class music with the impressive backdrop of Sani Hill.
