Just in time for the start of the summer season: Villa Nicoletta on picturesque Lake Altaussee has opened its doors. A maximum of 10 guests can spread out in five rooms with five en-suite bathrooms and find a temporary home away from home.
The villa offers five double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bar, wellness area and a room for fitness, seminars, yoga, etc. The rooms each have their own bathroom with WC, a seating area, a desk and wardrobes. Two rooms have balconies, another room has a large terrace. All rooms have wonderful views of the Altaussee mountains. Each room has been carefully furnished with contemporary art. You will find works of art by Maria Lassnig, Karel Appel, Markus Prachensky, Hermann Nitsch and Arnulf Rainer. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with two terraces.

Elegant coziness

The old panelling in the dining room shines in new splendour and color and gives the room its elegant character. The dining table offers plenty of space for convivial evenings. The special feature of the cozy salon is the grand piano, on which Clara Schuhmann and Johannes Brahms are said to have played.
The walk-in "mini bar" overlooking the garden offers a basic selection of spirits and is the perfect place to start or end the evening with an aperitif. The charming spa area is equipped with a sauna and an onsen bath, where you can relax after a long hike or a beautiful day of skiing.
