Just the way we like it: New gourmet hotspots in Dublin, Rome and Nice

The name Anantara is derived from an ancient Sanskrit word that means "boundless" and symbolizes the particularly warm hospitality that is deeply rooted in Thai tradition. This applies - not only, but of course also - in a very special way to the hotel's own restaurants and bars. So today we would like to take a short culinary journey through some of the top addresses in Europe and take a closer look at their culinary delights and their special hospitality. A gourmet journey from Rome to Nice to Dublin.

New top address: Gourmet restaurant INEO in the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

Italy's capital shines with a new gourmet restaurant. The INEO at the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel conjures up delicacies of a special kind under the direction of chef Heros De Agostinis. Connoisseurs of fine dining can indulge in the chef's exciting creations in a stylish atmosphere in the new location with just 28 seats. His Italian metissage is influenced by different cultures and inspired by his many stints in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. Signature dishes at INEO include red prawn ceviche with mandarins, spaghetti with salmon caviar, saddle of venison with cauliflower and raisins and raspberry and rhubarb soufflé with white chocolate for dessert. A seven-course menu in the exclusive gourmet restaurant costs 130 euros per person, the wine accompaniment 70 euros.

Like God on the Côte d'Azur: SEEN by Olivier at the Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel

The extensive renovation work on the time-honored Promenade des Anglais in Nice took two long years. But since the beginning of the year, the former Plaza, a hotel palace built in 1848 in the magnificent Belle Époque style, has finally been restored to its former glory. The Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel is the luxury hotel group's first hotel on French soil and has 151 rooms and suites as well as the most beautiful rooftop terrace in the entire Mediterranean metropolis. The gourmet restaurant SEEN by Olivier is located at a lofty height and offers views of the Côte d'Azur, the rooftops of the city and the Maritime Alps in the hinterland. With a breathtaking 360-degree view, foodies can enjoy delicacies from the Mediterranean region such as sea urchins and oysters, as well as fresh sushi, prepared under the direction of Portuguese chef Olivier da Costa. Another great tip: guests of the Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel can experience the regional delicacies of the Niçoise region up close on a special street food tour.

In the heart of Dublin: Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins, Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel
Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas opened in Dublin with the acquisition of the iconic The Marker Hotel. The extensively renovated five-star hotel is located on Grand Canal Square overlooking the waterfront. The panorama can be enjoyed particularly well from the rooftop terrace. In the Forbes Street restaurant by Gareth Mullins, guests can expect the best of local and above all sustainable products, served in a contemporary way with Irish nuances. Highlights definitely include the oysters and Irish beef. Special recommendation: Anantara's famous Spice Spoons cooking classes: guests travel with the chef to the nearby fishing village of Howth by the sea, where they are taken on a fishing boat tour and visit a famous salmon smokehouse. Then it's back to the hotel to try their hand at baking Irish soda bread.
