5-star wellness pleasure in the Alpbachtal. Much is new at the newly categorized 5-star resort in Alpbachtal: In addition to casual new suites - including one with a bed on the balcony - the family-run Böglerhof has also been offering a new, incredibly attractive wellness area since December. In addition, the cuisine has now established itself among the top addresses in Tyrol with 3 Gault Millau toques.

Two separate spa areas covering 1,600 m² indoors and 5,800 m² outdoors now delight guests. The host family Duftner was particularly keen to feel the connection to nature in the new "pure nature spa".  Natural materials, plenty of natural light and wood as well as fine fabrics create a cozy atmosphere that playfully combines tradition and modernity. There will be plenty of open space for guests, naturally also outdoors. 
According to the new concept by Diana Monnerjahn (), the planning was done by the host himself: "Johannes loves to build, plan and tinker. That is his great passion. The aim is for the new area to bear our signature", says Michaela Duftner. Equally important to the hosts was the sustainable cooperation with regional partners, from the construction company to the interior designer.

One of the highlights of the new spa is a spacious swimming lake and an outdoor pool heated all year round with a breathtaking mountain panorama. In winter, the bathing lake and outdoor pool are exclusively for adults, while in summer they are open to the whole family. The bio sauna and steam bath are also reserved exclusively for adults. The event sauna offers two infusions a day and a magnificent view of Alpbach and the Galtenberg. After a sauna session, the cold-water grotto invites you to cool off, fed by the hotel's own spring, which rises directly from the Gratlspitz.
New spa treatments and an extended activity program with additional yoga sessions round off the offer for a wellness vacation.

Casual new suites and 3 toques for the Fuggerstube. New features are also on offer in the rooms: Eight feel-good suites, of which the four penthouse suites are particularly impressive. Whether from the free-standing bathtub or the bed on the balcony - the magnificent view over the rooftops of Alpbach and the starry sky is always included.

The historic Fuggerstube -- , where Hansi Treichl is at the stove, has always been a jewel in the crown of the hotel's ambitious cuisine. The three toques awarded by the anonymous testers of the Guide Gault Millau 2024 impressively underline how refined and creatively refined Tyrolean cuisine with cosmopolitan esprit can be. The excellent wine list (quote from Gault Millau) is the perfect finishing touch.
