Sustainability and respect for the environment are not mutually exclusive here. Waste water heat recovery, air heat pumps, water heat pumps, air heat absorbers, ice storage, geothermal energy, photovoltaics, biogas power/heat coupling and a biomass heating plant - everything goes hand in hand at the PRIESTEREGG Premium ECO Resort. This is one aspect of the mountain village located on a high plateau at 1,100 meters in Salzburg's Pinzgau region. All the chalets, which were built to be virtually CO2 neutral, are directly connected to their surroundings. Almost exclusively natural, ecological materials were used in the construction. In the interiors, care is taken to leave everything largely natural and original.
The 18 chalets, lakeside huts and villas as well as Huwi's Alm blend picturesquely into the surroundings. Natural materials such as stone and old wood characterize the design, so that exclusive living comfort meets a feeling of originality. Nestled in the sparse forest with a magnificent view of the valley and its own forest pool, the Wilderer Villa is one of many examples of these highlight compositions. The tree house character of the villa, which is over 200 square meters in size, is unmistakable, as the upper wing is literally nestled in the branches of the trees.
The sister villa ETANER also picks up on the green luxury of its surroundings in its design and reflects it with generosity in its high-quality, modern interior. A particular eye-catcher is the natural trunk cooking island, which was made from a massive tree trunk, as well as the large solid wood table. The bathroom is equipped with luxury products from the Dornbracht Live Spa Collection and features the Horizontal luxury shower, a reclining shower with massage function. VILLA WOSSA is all about water and impresses with its authentic lightness and naturalness. Densely surrounded by lush grasses and reeds, the villa is located at the foot of a 30 square meter biotope with an integrated, heatable pool.
Just a few steps away from the VILLA ETANER, the PRIESTEREGG BAD with wooden terrace extends over 3,000 square meters and was built into the slope below the chalets. The planted flat roof blends into the natural surroundings. It shines with sensational architecture and holistic, innovative treatments, a 25 x 5 meter year-round infinity pool, indoor pool with open fire, Swiss stone pine roadkastn sauna, original Lapland smoke sauna hut, Swiss stone pine loungers and infinity terrace.
Only the best food is used: from our own production or from surrounding farms and small regional manufacturers. The crispy bread comes from the stone oven and the savory bacon from the smokehouse. Milk and butter come from the happy cows of the Pinzgau farmers If you want to enjoy even more regional products, spend an evening in "Huwi's Alm und Garten" with a typical Hut meal.
Seven mountain chalets have been transformed into exclusive SEEHÜTTEN - with spacious living areas, a roof terrace, private access to the lake, a panoramic sauna right on the shore and a private bay. The natural pond on the edge of the village was carefully enlarged as a bathing lake and filled with crystal-clear spring water.
