Even if DAS KRONTHALER with its clear lines and simple structures does not correspond to typical Tyrolean architecture, it is still a place of power with originality and tangible closeness to nature between the Karwendel Nature Park and Lake Achensee. With seasons that open up all possibilities and senses between summit conquests, yoga with lake views, stand-up paddling and guided forest bathing - through to winter experiences with exclusive Ski.In-Ski.Out for skiers and cross-country skiers.
The 99 rooms and suites (24 - 130 m²) impress with sophisticated room and lighting concepts, charming details and natural materials. The glass-fronted bathrooms are equipped with wellness showers and/or free-standing bathtubs. The panorama chalets are a highlight of the hotel: located on the top floor, these luxurious hideaways impress with the highest level of living comfort, a private spa, open fireplace and spacious terrace.
The natur[e].spa.BOXX offers a wide range of relaxation on 2,500 m². Five saunas, a heated indoor and outdoor pool with 215 m² of water surface let the stress of everyday life fade away, while beauty treatments, baths and wraps give you new vitality. The spa experience is rounded off with cosmetics from Susanne Kaufmann and Horst Kirchberger.
The ambitious kitchen team under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Ben Diomande, who has found his way from the Ivory Coast to the Alps, provides the culinary moment of happiness at DAS KRONTHALER. The five-course tasting menu in the evening is a composed work of art. Guests can also enjoy low-carb dishes on request. Guests are given expert advice on the selection of fine wines. Extravagant wines from local distillers and winegrowers are served in the Zeitlos 989 bar, while sun worshippers love the Himmelnah 999 bar, where the sky is touched by nothing other than the crowns of real mountain majesties.
