AMRAI Suites
AMRAI is a traditional girl's name from the Montafon, but nowadays only a few ladies are called by this name. AMRAI is charming, courteous and has brains, so it's no wonder that the enchanting hotel in Schruns chose her as its namesake.
The flower tendril of the traditional Montafon costume is an essential element of Montafon tradition. The daisy in particular blossoms again in the AMRAI and is a stylistic element throughout the hotel. Not forgetting the fluffy woolen materials, which are reminiscent of the ubiquitous Montafon stone sheep: Since December 2022, AMRAI's brother, an extension in typical Montafon Maisäß style with light spruce wood and historical ornaments, completes the boutique hotel.
Named after the Montafon stone sheep, you spend the night here in the "Schafgemach". Equipped with cozy double beds, open bathroom with rain shower, reading corner and a large balcony or terrace with a fantastic mountain view, they are cozy places of rest.
Two spa areas provide relaxation. The AMRAIs Stólla is a tribute to the mining industry, where copper was extracted for centuries. Wrapped in the scents of thyme, lavender, brunella and lady's mantle, it gets warmer and warmer the further inside you go. In the Maisäß SPA with its magnificent roof garden, you can enjoy fragrant hay baths, various saunas and swim laps in the seemingly endless infinity sky pool against the breathtaking mountain backdrop.
In the three restaurants, you can feast on traditional Montafon cuisine to your heart's content. The delicacies from the Kupfer-Grill and the fine five-course menu in AMRAI's Blumenstoba are particularly recommended.
