Now in its third generation, the Pföstl and Wörndle host families pursue the vision of creating a place where guests from near and far feel at home.
Cosy living worlds with fantastic views and personal service make the Schenna Resort a charming hideaway for young and old, for singles, couples and families. The 4-star resort consists of the Rosengarten house for adults only, the Schwefelbad children's paradise and the Mitterplatt house for enjoyment as a couple. Lots of wood and warm colors create a cozy atmosphere, large windows offer a view of the picturesque natural landscape and the peaks of the Merano mountains. The Sternenwarte suite is a special gem: here you sleep under the glass roof and are very close to the sky.
At the Schenna Resort, relaxation, recuperation and joie de vivre are top priorities. The wellness offers are also tailored to the guests. Some of the indoor and outdoor pools are exclusively for adults, while there is a separate adventure water world with water slide and children's pool for the little ones. The sauna areas with saunas, steam bath and Kneipp pool and relaxation rooms are also separate so that everyone can enjoy their time out to the full. Harmony for body and mind is also guaranteed by meditation, yoga, energy treatments and awareness walks as well as various massages and beauty treatments.
There are several restaurant areas available at the Schenna Resort. The healthy and creative cuisine ranges from exclusive gourmet menus, homemade pasta and traditional recipes from the region to refined classics from the Cucina Italiana. The delicacies are topped off with excellent wines from the region from our own Pföstl winery.
