Hotel Winkler
The Hotel Winkler is a box seat in the South Tyrolean Puster Valley for couples and families who appreciate luxurious design, wellness at the highest level and activity programs in a unique natural landscape.
The huge glass façades in the spa area, dining room, rooms and suites offer a view of the infinity pool and the Alpine mountains of the northern Dolomites. An airy design that transports the elements of nature into the interior - with wood, refined details in exposed concrete, fine stone and select interiors - is sure to impress.
Since fall 2021, the 5-star hotel has been offering some new features. A new adults-only wellness area with a heated infinity pool (18 m) and a romantic whirlpool has been created on the roof terrace - 360° panoramic views included.
There have also been changes to the rooms: cozy Cozy Suites in the rear of the existing building, 4 luxurious Pool Suites with private infinity pool and the exclusive Apartment Winkler Neighbour House #601 with 100 m² of living space, 40 m² panoramic loggia, eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms and space for two to six people.
On a total area of around 3,500 square meters inside and outside, everything here is dedicated to relaxation. A world of water, wellness and beauty treatments is available here. 500 square meters are pure water surface: 7 indoor and outdoor pools, including the 20-meter-long indoor panorama pool, the 25-meter-long and 34-degree outdoor infinity pool and the saltwater whirlpool. In the relaxation rooms you can enjoy the view of the mountains, a panoramic event sauna entices with show infusions, a cold water channel and the garden with loungers complete the pampering offer. Two exclusive spa suites are perfect for luxurious couple's treatments. Eight further treatment rooms for massages as well as an exercise and cardio fitness room complete the wellness offer.
The couple's treatments take you on a journey through South Tyrol with a Swiss stone pine bath, full-body honey peeling and South Tyrolean delicacies or all the way to India. At Winklers Private Spa, guests are pampered with private wellness treatments in the sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and duo tub, including exfoliation and oiling, followed by Prosecco and canapés. After the wellness treatment, guests can continue to relax in the 90 square meter luxury suites with a large sun terrace, duo XL shower and outdoor whirlpool.
Thanks to year-round childcare from the age of 3 and the youth lounge for teenagers, the stay is exciting and eventful for children and more than relaxing for parents. The younger ones will love their own children's pool. For teenagers, the 150 square meter fun sports gym and the indoor climbing and bouldering wall with modern safety systems offer exciting action. If you feel like doing something together again, there are plenty of opportunities for beautiful hikes. High-quality mountain bikes and e-bikes can be hired directly from the hotel.
Delicacies can definitely be sampled here. The best of the famous South Tyrolean cuisine is on offer here. Afterwards, the new hotel bar is the meeting point for cozy hours with a view of nature. It will certainly be hard to say goodbye to the Hotel Winkler.
