Nestled among majestic peaks and lush green landscapes, the ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI blends seamlessly into its surroundings in the Val Gardena vacation region. It is considered a place of healing that offers everything needed to restore a sense of lightness.
The resort offers a cozy atmosphere where traditional and modern architecture blend harmoniously. Warm colors and regional woods create a comfortable sense of well-being. Since 1810, our historic hotel has been continuously evolving to create ever-new spaces for dreaming, relaxing, and rejuvenating. With a total of 108 rooms and suites, the ADLER Dolomiti offers a cozy atmosphere where our guests feel right at home.
Spanning 4,000 m², the wellness world offers space for holistic regeneration. Since 2021, guests have been able to enjoy a new spa area featuring a unique open space. An exclusive ambiance where you can relax before and after treatments. From Ayurveda to numerous international treatments and Tyrolean arnica mud packs, a wide range of spa services is offered. The new spa cabins are located at the end of a passageway lined with wood from the region, leading into a light-filled room that overlooks two inner gardens. Another highlight: a yoga pavilion made of local spruce wood, dedicated exclusively to meditation.
Since 2022, the existing wellness area with pools and saunas has been joined by an additional outdoor sauna area, lovingly integrated into the spacious garden grounds: the new saunas stand on a platform like an island in the water. Their contemporary, minimalist aesthetic, combined with high-quality natural materials such as wood, stone, and rammed earth, underscores the connection to nature.
Culinary-wise, guests are treated to a dual taste experience that combines hearty South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean flavors. In an atmosphere that invites you to sit back and enjoy, dining becomes a holistic experience. The philosophy is based on regional, seasonal, and natural products, most of which come from the local area.
