Between majestic peaks and green landscapes, the ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI in the Val Gardena vacation region blends picturesquely into its surroundings. It is considered a place of power that has everything to bring you back to lightness.
The resort offers a cozy atmosphere in which traditional and modern architecture blend harmoniously. Warm colors and regional woods create a cozy sense of well-being. Since 1810, our historic hotel has been constantly evolving to create new spaces for dreaming, relaxing and unwinding. With a total of 108 rooms and suites, the ADLER Dolomiti offers a cozy atmosphere in which our guests feel at home.
The 4,000 m² wellness world offers space for holistic regeneration. Since 2021, guests have been able to enjoy a new spa area with a unique open space. An exclusive ambience in which to relax before and after treatments. From Ayurveda to numerous international treatments and Tyrolean arnica mud packs, there is a wide range of spa treatments on offer. The new spa cabins are located at the end of a passageway, which is lined with wood from the region and leads into a light-filled room overlooking two indoor gardens. Another highlight: a yoga pavilion made of local spruce wood, which is used exclusively for meditation.
Since 2022, the existing wellness world with pools and saunas has been joined by another outdoor sauna area, lovingly integrated into the spacious gardens: the new saunas stand on a platform like an island in the water. Their contemporary, simple aesthetics, combined with high-quality natural materials such as wood, stone and rammed earth, emphasize the connection to nature.
Here you can enjoy a double culinary experience that combines hearty South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean flavors. In an atmosphere that invites you to sit back and enjoy, eating becomes a holistic experience. The philosophy is based on regional, seasonal and natural products, most of which come from the region.
