With its 30 junior suites, the ADLER Spa Resort BALANCE is a climate house made of local wood that reflects the unique cultural landscape of the Dolomites: Larch for all the balconies and the façade, Swiss stone pine, oak and walnut for the floors, elm for the paneling in the restaurant and the furniture in the rooms. Slate for the bathroom floors and travertine for the reception. All woods and stones are natural and ensure a healthy exchange of air.

Health plays a major role here, with doctors and therapists at the ADLER Med health center following the principle of the "pillars of happiness". The focus is on mental and physical training, individual special treatments and a tailored diet. After all, "If you drive a car at full throttle in second gear for a long time, you won't enjoy it for long. It's exactly the same with the body," is the philosophy.
In the spa and wellness area, guests can enjoy an underground lake with salt from the Dead Sea. Muscles and mind relax in the salt stone sauna, the organic hay sauna, the flower steam bath or the oriental Rasul bath while sweating in mud. Not forgetting the heated outdoor pool, which is accessible in both summer and winter, and of course there is also a spacious fitness area.
