Hotel Solvie
The Hotel Solvie is idyllically and quietly situated in a wonderfully sunny panoramic location. The former Sonnenhof has been shining in new splendor since summer 2025.
Under a new name and with a new concept, it is the fourth hotel of the family-run Winklerhotels. In the heart of the Dolomites, the inspiring Getaway offers naturalness, a healthy lifestyle, casual luxury and plenty of variety. In winter, skiing and cross-country skiing beckon, while in the warmer months the region offers many opportunities for outdoor activities.
After an eventful day, the spa, which is embedded in a 5,000 m² garden landscape, unfolds a light-flooded and sensual world of relaxation. Various saunas, a year-round heated infinity pool, a natural bathing pond with outdoor yoga platform, the sky pool on the sky deck, as well as an onsen pool and fireplace await guests here. Pampering treatments round off the wellness program.
In the Solvie, nature becomes the design element: local woods, natural stone, soft textiles and warm colors characterize the interiors. The spacious suites are a delight with a private terrace or direct access to the garden and also offer moments of pure relaxation.
In culinary terms, the day at Solvie begins with an extensive late breakfast. Afterwards, the vital lunch menu offers light dishes and sensual healthy food. In the evening, the minimalist panoramic restaurant transforms into an exciting stage for creative, multi-course gourmet creations accompanied by fine wines.
