Nestled in the natural surroundings of St. Andrä, near the bishopric town of Brixen and the local mountain Plose, the Sanoner family’s resort is the perfect place for nature lovers to recharge their batteries. During the warmer months, guests can explore on foot or by bike through dense forests to exciting activity stations and get up close to the famous Dolomite peaks, while in the colder months, magnificent winter hiking trails and slopes invite you to get out and about.
Everyone feels at home here, because the hosts’ goal is to create a place of togetherness in a special setting that leaves no need unmet and no wish unfulfilled. The result is a family resort with a unique concept, where childcare is nature-oriented and meaningful, and sustainability is the top priority. Children of all ages have plenty of fun at AKI.
In the indoor and outdoor play areas, there are no limits to the spirit of discovery. There are plenty of activities for children and families here: a toddler area with a treehouse and baby slide, play barns, an indoor gym, a theater, an art studio, a woodworking shop, outdoor play areas, a teen lounge with ping-pong and foosball, and a play corner for the whole family.
The spa and wellness area also offers plenty of fun, with bubble fun in the pools, races on the speed water slide, or carefree splashing in the non-swimmer pool.
In the adults-only spa, parents can enjoy a relaxing break while their children, lovingly supervised, have a royal time in the indoor and outdoor play areas. A visit to the farms and local producers on the Plose is also a regular part of the AKI family program.
