The Biorefugium in Gargazon in the heart of the Merano region was planned from the outset as a homage to the biodynamic lifestyle and has been consistently implemented in this way from the rooms to the kitchen and spa area. The rooms and suites are built using innovative timber construction methods, are low in electrosmog, noise-protected and furnished with fragrant Swiss stone pine. The natural heating and cooling system ensures an optimal room climate, while the solid wood furniture creates a sense of comfort. From the spacious loggia you can enjoy the magnificent view over the apple orchards as far as Bolzano, the mighty mountain slopes and the lush green of the Bergerhof meadows.

You can get active together on guided hikes with senior manager Walter Theiner or on a bike tour through the mountains.
