Niedermair Nature Retreat

Surrounded by vineyards and with an unobstructed view over the Adige Valley, the family-run hotel stands for down-to-earthness, sustainability and genuine hospitality. After careful renovation and reopening in April 2025, the hotel is particularly aimed at guests who want to experience the nature that characterizes the hotel.
Local woods such as fragrant Swiss stone pine, natural materials and plenty of light bring nature into the rooms and suites. The highlight - in the truest sense of the word - is the Sky Suite with whirlpool, private terraces and panoramic views from morning to night. The cozy apartments in Parcines offer space for up to four people.

Pure nature

The principle of "less is more" also applies to the spa. With three saunas, four pools and a relaxation room, the focus is on tranquillity and slowing down. The small and refined spa menu offers massages with aromatic oils, apple and rosehip packs or fragrant mountain pine baths. You can also recharge your batteries in the yoga studio. For active guests, there are wonderful hiking and cycling trails, via ferratas and golfing opportunities in the surrounding area.

Like nature, the cuisine at the Niedermair follows the rhythm of the seasons. Seasonal ingredients form the basis for the hearty South Tyrolean dishes and light Mediterranean dishes. The hotel's own organic wine also expresses the connection with the region in the glass.
