Niedermair Nature Retreat

Surrounded by vineyards and offering unobstructed views of the Adige Valley, this family-run hotel embodies authenticity, sustainability, and genuine hospitality. Following a meticulous renovation and reopening in April 2025, the hotel is particularly geared toward guests who wish to experience the natural surroundings that define it.
Local woods like fragrant Swiss stone pine, natural materials, and plenty of light bring nature into the rooms and suites. The highlight—in the truest sense of the word—is the Sky Suite, featuring a whirlpool, private terraces, and panoramic views from morning to night. The cozy apartments in Partschins can accommodate up to four people.

Pure nature

The principle of "less is more" also applies in the spa. With three saunas, four pools, and a relaxation room, the focus is on tranquility and slowing down. The small but exquisite spa menu offers massages with aromatic oils, apple-rosehip wraps, or fragrant mountain pine baths. The yoga studio is also the perfect place to recharge your batteries. For active guests, the surrounding area offers beautiful hiking and biking trails, via ferrata routes, and even the opportunity to play golf.

Like nature itself, the cuisine at Niedermair moves to the rhythm of the seasons. Seasonal ingredients form the basis for hearty South Tyrolean dishes and light Mediterranean fare. The in-house organic wine expresses the connection to the region right in the glass.
