A varied weekly program, rotating guest teachers, and multi-day retreats open up new perspectives
NATURAL CUISINE ROOTED IN THE REGION
As part of the 3/4 Nature Lover’s Board, guests can enjoy a varied, regional breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack, and the Naturellness Dinner, including vegan and allergy-friendly options. The dishes feature fresh, seasonal, and predominantly organic ingredients from the hotel’s own vegetable garden as well as from local farmers, reflecting South Tyrol’s culinary diversity. Head Chef Stefan Unterkircher and his team focus on mindful preparation and natural flavors—for a light, wholesome culinary experience.
