There are many reasons why you would want to be a guest at the Naturhotel Pfösl, one of which is the warm hospitality and love of nature shown by the owner family.

A sunny high plateau with a view of the mighty Dolomites: This is the promising location at an altitude of 1,375 meters above sea level of the Naturhotel Pfösl. The architect couple Michaela Wolf and Gerd Bergmeister have set a house full of finesse in the 35 hectares of meadows and forests. A listed barn has been incorporated into the new building, which blends into the natural surroundings in a special way. Also old is the 300-year-old bread oven, which is of course in operation and fragrant bread is baked here. This is part of the Naturhotel Pfösl's DNA: everywhere you look, you will find a successful combination of old and new. In the Innhof, for example, which has developed into a true oasis of peace. But it is above all the three hosts who create a special atmosphere: Eva Zelger has known the Pfösl since she was born, her husband Daniel Mahlknecht is passionate about sustainability and Brigitte Zelger knows a thing or two about herbs and baking bread.

Oases of retreat



The rooms and suites have beautiful wooden floors and are furnished in a rather purist style, which is by no means unpleasant. Three exclusive chalets right on the edge of the forest with views of the Schlern, Rosengarten and Latemar, modern yet traditional with lots of light, built in local woods and furnished with natural fabrics and a large wooden terrace.

Regeneration



25 meters long and 6 meters wide, an infinity pool extends with a unique view of the surrounding Dolomites, the Catinaccio, Latemar and Sciliar. It is the heart of the PFÖSL REGENERATION 360°. Treatments in the naturspa are an integral part of the pampering program. In the sauna, you can breathe in the fragrant herbs that grow everywhere here. Naturally in the hotel's own herb garden.

Enjoyment



The cooking here is of the highest standard. You should see and feel nature on the plates. This is achieved with great success, as the multi-faceted creations from the kitchen are imaginative and tasty. It's not just caraway, aniseed, fennel, coriander or bread clover that hotel guests can get to know here. They can also experience their processing during the weekly bread baking in the 300-year-old stone oven and enjoy tasting the different aromas in the various baked goods.
