The founder Josef Kostner, who acquired the Gasthof zur Kapelle in 1912, was already passionate about nature and art. This tradition was carried on by the Kostner/Pizzinini family, and valuable paintings, statues and sculptures by internationally renowned artists can be seen throughout today's Hotel Cappella.
