Cosy, elegant and at the same time informal and charming: the Steinach Townhouse is located right in the heart of Merano, in the Steinach district just behind the parish church. The enchanting, luxurious bed & breakfast with its green shutters is the perfect place to give yourself a gift.
The former 18th century residence was lovingly renovated in 2020 by designer and artist couple Giulia de Andreis and Roger Botti after a long period of vacancy. Many of the historic details, such as the old windows, wooden floorboards and Gothic doors, have been preserved and harmonize perfectly with the unplastered walls, original South Tyrolean farmhouse cupboards, contemporary works of art by local artists and unusual accessories.
Katalin Huff and Andrea Fenoglio have been running the Steinach Townhouse since 2024 and share the Dolce Vita with their guests with their warm hospitality. This includes the beautiful, air-conditioned suites, all of which have a large bedroom and a fully equipped living area, offering plenty of space to unwind.

Depending on the weather and your mood, you can enjoy sweet and savory delicacies made from fresh, regional ingredients in the breakfast bistro with tables from the 1930s and lamps by Corbusier, in the newly designed garden in the courtyard or on the terrace.
