fink Restaurant & Suites
Vacations in an almost monastic place of tranquillity in the middle of the lively town center of Brixen: In the Hotel fink in the car-free pedestrian zone, which opened in 2023, centuries-old stone walls and vaults characterize the atmosphere, and yet the hotel offers all modern comforts.
Convent kitchen today
In culinary terms, the fink takes traditional monastery cuisine as its model. Chef Florian Fink incorporates knowledge from the nearby monasteries into his dishes in the Laubenrestaurant and follows the principle of simple and natural preparation. Vegetables, fruit and herbs are the preferred ingredients on the table and the menu changes with the rhythm of nature. The delicacies are also enjoyed here between the original walls in the historic flair of the townhouse.
Holy silence
You can enjoy the tranquillity with all your senses in the spa, which extends towards the inner courtyard. Surrounded by dense greenery, a Roman bath with hot and cold water pools fits naturally between the walls, while the interior rooms with wooden sauna, stone steam bath and relaxation zone create a very private retreat.
