Rosa Alpina - An Aman Partner Hotel
On July 24, 2025, a new era will be ushered in in the picturesque mountain village of San Cassiano: the traditional mountain hotel Rosa Alpina will celebrate its reopening after extensive renovation - this time under the name Aman Rosa Alpina.
Elegant and beautiful
The design of the new Rosa Alpina era comes from star designer Jean-Michel Gathy, who skillfully interweaves Aman's clear design language with natural materials and alpine flair. The centerpiece is the new reception area with a custom-made bar - a tribute to the history of the hotel. The 50 rooms, including two new Aman suites of 150 square meters each and the redesigned Chalet Zeno, set standards in terms of comfort and style.
Future indulgence
The hotel also promises culinary excellence: in addition to an elegant Italian grill restaurant, live cooking stations at breakfast and a stylish lounge, a wine library and a cigar lounge invite guests to linger. A Japanese gourmet restaurant is planned for the winter - a promising glimpse into the culinary future.
The expanded Aman Spa now offers three pools, several treatment rooms, a whirlpool and retreats for those seeking relaxation. Families can look forward to three private cinemas, play areas for children and teenagers and an exclusive ski lounge with its own rental shop and heated ski boot racks - all of the highest standard.
A special highlight: guests can continue to use the Pizzinini family's private mountain huts, where a personal chef conjures up delicious dishes in a wood-fired oven - an experience that embodies the spirit of South Tyrol.
