SkyView Chalets
In the heart of the Dolomites lies one of the most extraordinary boutique campsites in Europe. In Barbara and Andreas Panzenberger's SkyView Chalets, you live in harmony with nature on the beautifully situated Dobbiaco Lake and sleep in the glass cube directly under the sparkling starry sky.
Adults only: Twelve luxurious chalets made of local wood with a coffee kitchen, living room, bathroom with infrared sauna and some even have an outdoor whirlpool make up this extraordinary hideaway. The centerpiece is the double bed in the glass cube. When the special curtain is lifted in the evening, a fascinating view of the starry sky opens up, which can be fully enjoyed here thanks to the low level of air pollution. By the way, dogs are welcome in three of the chalets.
With a view to the future
The hosts attach great importance to sustainability. Not a single tree was felled to build the chalets, and with green roofs, flower meadows instead of lawns, rainwater recovery and a wood chip system, they are able to be energy self-sufficient.
A hearty breakfast is delivered to the chalet in the morning. In culinary terms, you can choose between traditional cuisine in the Seeschupfe restaurant or fine dining (menu or à la carte) in the Hebbo Wine & Deli.
Host Andreas Panzenberger is a wine academic and sommelier - his wine list includes over 1,000 items, which was awarded in the "Carta Vini dell'Anno 2025" at the Milano Wine Week.
