The hotel's own hydroelectric power plant supplies the hotel with electricity and a biomass heating system with heat. Stylish upcycling interiors are part of this and nothing that is still good is wasted. Particular care is taken with the mountain spring water: for example, the water from the champagne cooler is used to water the flowers. It goes without saying that only regional, seasonal and high-quality products are used in the ToccoRosso kitchen. The taste experience is crowned with autochthonous wines from near and far.
